Your staff members are absolutely wonderful. Even though I had to wait to be helped when arrived because it was very busy, (it was a Saturday morning), both Jen and Jacob kept contact with me and did not ma I had to wait to be helped when arrived because it was very busy, (it was a Saturday morning), both Jen and Jacob kept contact with me and did not made me feel ignored. That is very important that they acknoledge your precense and you know that they will help you as soon as they are done with the other customers. The service was performed withing the time scheduled and when you are waiting in the lounge time is of essence. All staff members were very helpful, professional, and work very hard to do the best job possible. The only thing that could use improvment is the waiting area. Perhaps a larger room could be designated for the waiting area and having internet available for the customers to use while they wait for their vehicles. Some of us must do work or other business and having the internet available for our laptops would be just one more wonderful thing added to your good service that you already provide.
