I came to Moss Bros, because I had gone to a local jeep dealer in my area and I was nonexistent to them no one came to greet me or ask if I needed help this was horrible I was there for nearly 10min and ig dealer in my area and I was nonexistent to them no one came to greet me or ask if I needed help this was horrible I was there for nearly 10min and ignored. I had remembered that seven years ago I came to riverside auto center at the dealership across the street we won’t mention the name (hehe) overall I had a good experience there. so I remembered seeing the jeep dealership across the street and decided to give it a try. As soon as I drove onto the dealership property I saw movement and a young man heading my way. He right away greeted me introduced himself and asked me questions pertaining to what kind of vehicle I was in the market for, Omar was that salesman who helped me that day. He took his time let me test drive several cars showed me several different models and I went with the first car that I saw on that lot which was a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I’m now a Moss Bros customer for life. I won’t take my business or my hard earned money elsewhere, you guys have a friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional team along with excellent Customer Service! 😁👍🏼 More
