To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received after purchasing a 2026 Ram Cummins truck. Upon delivery, the truck's undercarriage was muddy, and all dissatisfaction with the service I received after purchasing a 2026 Ram Cummins truck. Upon delivery, the truck's undercarriage was muddy, and all black trim had dirt on it. I also pointed out that the center scope was lifted, and I was assured it would be replaced; however, this was not done. I then scheduled an appointment for a detail service. I waited for 50 minutes, but my vehicle was not moved or serviced. The carpet was not vacuumed. When I requested my key back, it seemed that the staff was not concerned that the wash had not been performed. It appears that once a sale is finalized, customer satisfaction is no longer a priority.
