Purchased my 2025 Dodge Durango R/T not even a month ago and I already had problems. The vehicle has been in the dealer 4-5 times already and nothing has been resolved. I've talked to the GM at the Moss Bros in Riverside and no solutions. My car has a piece of chipped paint, the trunk door was not aligned correctly either and they haven't fixed any of those things. Terrible! They submitted the payment for my trade in car late to the previous dealership, and, in turn, messed up my credit. I have NEVER missed a payment. Now They submitted the payment for my trade in car late to the previous dealership, and, in turn, messed up my credit. I have NEVER missed a payment. Now it shows two late payments. When I approached them, they blamed it on the busy holidays. Sales manager who I was dealing with last time regarding a trade in was raising his voice (size of my arm) and being rude. Bad experience.
