Team felt a little dismissive. They also let the windows down in my car.Which allowed some kind of animal into my vehicle. Had to take it back, so they could detail it. Jacob, Service Rep, took good care of me. I had my jeep GC in recently for oil change / minor service. The next day I noticed my car leaking oil. When I called Jacob, he told me it might be I had my jeep GC in recently for oil change / minor service. The next day I noticed my car leaking oil. When I called Jacob, he told me it might be a defective drain plug gasket, and asked me to bring the car in first thing the next morning. He had a new drain plug gasket installed, and I was on my way in 45 minutes. This is good customer service! More
I am a repeat Customer from a 2017 Ram I Purched from you. It was an interesting experience. The people are very nice and we enjoyed dealing with everyone there, very Friendly folks. But the overall exp you. It was an interesting experience. The people are very nice and we enjoyed dealing with everyone there, very Friendly folks. But the overall experience was a bit surprising. First, was the 5 hours it took to get everything together, that was not the most streamlined process to say the least. And I have to take some of the responsibility for that as I was thinking I was going to just order a Durango that I had built on line, But found out when we got there Dodge is not taking orders for 2025 any longer nor had they started offering the 2026's order yet. A bit of a corporate Communication issue to the General Public. Then Secondly, I signed a contract, so a Durango that has been waiting on a part from Mopar to fix it could be repaired with another vehicle's part and it was going to take a few days to swap. So, after a few days I got a call from the Surveyor to get my impression of the service I had performed at the dealer on my vehicle. (?!?) And when I explained what was going on, the Surveyor apologized for the mix up. No big deal, but obviously the communication there at Moss was not clear. Then two more days later I get a call from the same Surveyor this time asking about my recent purchase and wanted me to review the experience. I explained to her that I had not picked up the vehicle yet and would be picking up Saturday. Again, very Friendly lady, but again, there is a communication issue, between the parties at Moss Bros and their support functions. As a Sr. Process Engineer for an aerospace company, I am probably more sensitive process flow than most folks. I would like to Thank Travis for taking care of us, he was awesome. More
