Terrible customer service. I brought my jeep in 12/30 and they had it for over a month. It was an excellent experience from the very beginning. Jett was our salesperson, he made certain that he did his very best to answer all our questions, which were a lot lol. Our sales guy Eddie was great and even delivered our car to our home. We did all negotiations over the phone and specific numbers were agreed to with Eddie’s manager Javi. The problem was when our jeep was to our home. We did all negotiations over the phone and specific numbers were agreed to with Eddie’s manager Javi. The problem was when our jeep was delivered to us with the contract the numbers were over $1000 more than what we had agreed to with Javi. We went ahead and signed because if we sent the jeep back our kid would’ve been so upset and we felt like we were on the spot. This is not a great way to earn repeat business and we feel like we got screwed. This needs to be fixed More

My vehicle sat there for over a month with a bad transmission. When I finally get to pick it up it was worse than when I initially took it in. They damaged other stuff on my vehicle they broke the s transmission. When I finally get to pick it up it was worse than when I initially took it in. They damaged other stuff on my vehicle they broke the steering shaft bearing. Steering almost came apart. Super dangerous they almost got me and my family killed. And that was just on the drive home. I dropped it off again the next day. Sat there for almost a month before I got it back again. I will never bring any of my vehicles back. Been a loyal customer for years. More
