This dealership is ran unprofessionally. I was lied to about them having a specific vehicle in stock and scheduled an appointment to meet with a salesman. I showed up for that appointment to I was lied to about them having a specific vehicle in stock and scheduled an appointment to meet with a salesman. I showed up for that appointment to find that the salesman was no where to be found and the vehicle I came to look at wasn't even there. The only thing that saved the day was Oscar. He handled everything very professionally and earned my business. I was going to just leave and go to another dealer that had the vehicle I wanted but Oscar changed my mind. He went out of his way to find the exact vehicle I was interested in and got me an amazing deal for all my trouble. I found a few small paint chips and scratches so upon agreeing to purchase the vehicle, Oscar assured me that they will take care of all those cosmetic defects. The dealership took a while to finally schedule me an appointment to bring it in to be fixed and also told me they will detail the vehicle as well. The repairs were done in a timely manner, however they never detailed it. I was going to say something about it but honestly was over dealing with them. Overall, Moss Bros CDJR was an underwhelming experience, but Oscar saved it all. If I could rate the dealership alone it would be 2 stars, but for Oscar, he gets a solid 5 stars. I would love to work with him again. Thanks Oscar! More

Salesman Eddy was great. Finance is not. Agreed to take care of a bad headlight on vehicle purchased. They have not got back to us after multiple attempts and ignoring us. Ze Finance is not. Vehicle purchased had one key fob. They didn’t mention this until we took delivery of the vehicle. We offered to pay for a replacement and have also been ignored on this request.
