I purchased a new 2dr wrangler that was supposed to have a hardtop, but for some reason was a soft top. No big deal, part of the purchase was to have the correct new in box top installed, service decided to a hardtop, but for some reason was a soft top. No big deal, part of the purchase was to have the correct new in box top installed, service decided to pull a different Jeep around and play switcheroo with the tops. Only problem was the top they installed, had a broken side window, wrong glass and grease hand prints all throughout the inside. After multiple trips back they finally got it figured out but at my expense driving back and forth over an hour each way. Their communication sucks unfortunately, and it seams the departments don’t talk to each other. I will unfortunately not be returning to this dealer. More
Jeep was in shop for 4 weeks to get hybrid battery replaced. Was taken in for o2 sensor replacement, but was never fixed. Had to bring it back a second time to correct the o2 sensor. This shop can not keep promises of completed times. Customer service with the rep was great, but as a company, I was without my vehicle for over a month. Your poor service writer's have to deal with upset customers paying for vehicles they aren't getting to drive. I should be compensated for the time my vehicle was in the shop due to poor turn rates. More
