service was terrible Took vehicle in for 20,000 mile service & 2 recalls. Scheduled appointment online on their (the dealerships) website. Upon checking in for appointment was told needed service couldn't be scheduled online (then why did their system allow it!?). Advisor said he would go out of his way to make sure all needed work would be done by that same afternoon or following morning. Regardless, would update me by 3pm that same day. First day...no call back. I left 2 messages & on final attempt calling spoke to an advisor at 530pm. Was told would be ready in morning & to expect a call by 10. Next day, I started calling at 1030am (was my 20th anniversary)...after leaving 3 messages I FINALLY contacted someone & they said would be ready that afternoon by 2. Upon picking up vehicle all work had not been completed...can't put full blame on dealership due to the lacking of parts for one recall is manufacturers issue. I wasn't going to post this...but, the email I received from the dealership asked me a question (did I receive perfect service) with two answers (yes or no). If you choose no, you get taken to the dealers website to submit a review about your complaint....if you choose yes then you get taken to this website to leave a review. What a joke...only have the good reviews posted....wow!!! More

I will NEVER EVER GO HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I refuse to even select a star for this review! The service at this dealership is the worst !!!!!!!! I have never in my life experienced this type of business before! The sales persons here are liars ! Then to make it worst they call the "so called " to finish up the deal & he then "STRONG ARMS" you for money down after saying you have no money down at all!!! But he continues and continues for money down! They try to sell you this dream deal and then it falls through. And the sad part is there is no consideration for that "fall through!" Then the management does nothing to soften the blow ! I went two weeks with a car I bought from there for them to come back and say please return the car back or pay up --1,500.00 !!!! The reason for our return was they didn't think our trade in was good enough!!!!! But at the start of our buy they said it was perfectly fine & it would definitely be accepted! How do you do that to a customer!!!!!! Then the sales person who made the deal refused to answer any of our text/ calls/ or even look at us when we showed up at the Dealership! All the while during the 2 weeks, my credit took a 15 point decline & I had added it to my insurance already! For them to come back & say give the car back. Please whatever you do !!!!DO NOT GO TO MOSS IN RIVERSIDE !!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Shady service department Brought in my dodge magnum to have a problem fixed with the car shutting off. Took them a week to replace an electrical switch. Whent to pick up my car and and it was left in a much worse condition then when i brought it in. My car didnt even make it off the lot, literary 5 feet before it began to sputter and the dash cluster began to light up and all the check engine lites turned on. Spoke to service person about it and he told me "hey, atleast it doesnt turn off anymore" Spoke to manager who told me to leave it again. Took them another week. Told me it would cost $2000 to fix Bought a used ram 1500 from BMW dealership in Murrieta. More

My vehicle had just been serviced by the previous dealer a week before I came to Moss and JT informed us of suggestive maintenance that was not done or suggested by the previous dealership.
