We recently brought our truck into Moss Bros Riverside for service, and as always, Austin took great care of us. We take all of our trucks there, and he consistently delivers. Austin and his techs were able to quickly identify the issues we were experiencing, explain everything clearly, and get it fixed right the first time. No runaround, no guessing, just solid diagnostics and quality work. The repair was completed on time as promised, which is huge for us. It’s hard to find a service advisor who communicates well, follows through, and stands behind the work, but Austin does exactly that. Highly recommend asking for Austin if you’re bringing your vehicle to Moss Bros Riverside. We won’t take our trucks anywhere else. More
