This is the worst service department I've ever worked with. I have a fleet of dodge ram work trucks that require service. This service department has the poorest managed team I've ever delt with. They never finish on time and when I call I can never get thru, usually on hold for several minutes. Last visit I was there for 45 minutes trying to pick up a truck, they apparently lost the paperwork and when they located it I was charged double for the work performed! This place needs management overhaul!! More
Recall I had to wait even if I have an appointment. My appointment was for 10:00AM and according to the recall letter that it would only take a half hour to I had to wait even if I have an appointment. Why did I have to have an appointment for a half hour work, when it took two hours to complete it. More
Quality service I brought my 2014 Dodge Challenger into the collision center. Joe kept in touch with us throughout the 3 weeks that it was in the shop. Not only did they repair all front end damage, he also touched up any scratches/dings on the door panels on both sides which had nothing to do with the accident. My car was ready 3 days earlier than estimated as well as washed and waxed. LOVE my Challenger...and Moss Bros! More
Best service so far. I was impressed at the increased customer service that I received when i took my Jeep Liberty in for servicing recently. I waited for the service which took place within the time frame given by the service representative. The rep informed me of a problem that could be corrected and covered under my Extended Warrantee, so I am bringing my Jeep back to get the service completed before the warrantee expires. This was my most positive experience so far! Bravo! More

Sprinter 3500 with Winnebago RV Mike Miranda is VERY knowledgeable and very helpful in providing vehicle information critical to us as end users. Josh & Joanie helped me with service. They are an awesome team at Moss - very friendly and took great care of me and my car! When we drove up to the service area we were greeted promptly and warmly by a service representative. After a quick check in we were shown the waiting area. We found the area to be clean with several areas available for us to wait in. We chose the TV area. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with attractive decor. When my wife discovered she was missing her cell phone, she notified our service rep and he went to our jeep and retrieved it for her. Later the rep came and gave us a progress report on our jeep, letting us know it was in the washing area and would be available soon. After a short visit to the reps office to complete final paperwork, we were on our way knowing that our jeep had been well serviced at Moss Bros. More
Moss Bros does a thorough inspection, points out what they find and then suggests the priority of what is found to resolve. I am empowered to make wise decisions based on my ability to pay when I don't h they find and then suggests the priority of what is found to resolve. I've been coming to Moss Bros through purchase and service of five vehicles over 20+ years. I'll be back. More
