I also alerted my service agent to a electrical connector that had not been reattached after a recent visit but that was not done. The one extra courtesy promised by Nin was to have my dirty vehicle washed but that did not happen either (I was told the washer was not working that day). All in all, not a great visit to Moss. More

The TSB was handled and the Pilot runs great. My only issue is the tech left a loose bolt sitting on top of my intake manifold. It doesn’t appear to be one for my truck, but I’m not the expert. Also the tech left a powdered substance all over my motor after the recall repair was done. I believe the techs need to take pride in their work and clean up. Now I have to worry about cleaning the engine and engine covers to make them clean again. Not your guys’ best work. More
