We purchased our CRV from Moss and we've always had good customer service. They take their time and provide good quaility. Only exception was replacing our rear window, but that too was fixed. Moss Brothers Honda in Moreno Valley has done almost all of the service on my '06 Element. I've got 140,000+ miles on it, and I'm planning on 140,000 more.
