Bought a few car from this dealer so far. Most experiences were very pleasant. Not so much this time. Our most expensive purchases so far. When we left the dealership we thought the process was complete but later found out that our wheel locks were not on the vehicle & one person mentioned that they would be putting on mud flaps as well. Come to find out no mud flaps were part of our package. Also no alarm was activated or installed at the time of us driving off the lot. We had to ask about things that needed to be done in order to get what we paid for. We are still waiting on our wheel locks guess time will tell More

I must say I was very unhappy with their service. I brought my vehicle in for a recall, and during that process another issue occurred that was clearly related to the recall work. Instead of taking responsibility or even attempting to work with me, they refused to help resolve the problem. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist was extremely disappointing. I expected better communication, better professionalism, and at the very least some effort to make the situation right. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and I left feeling frustrated and let down. They were caught falsifying information stating that they did something that they never did, and they were trying to charge me a diagnostic fee, which was waved by the way once I woke up. I would strongly recommend being cautious when trusting them with your vehicle, especially for recall-related work. More
