I was very impressed by all the attention each customer received during the line outside and I was very impressed by the implementation of the machine that is able to see how your tires are and if alignmen received during the line outside and I was very impressed by the implementation of the machine that is able to see how your tires are and if alignments are needed. As usual, the service rep was excellent and I also loved the fact that the technician showed me a video of what's going on with my vehicle. Too bad Moss Bros Honda doesn't do the same as I also have a Honda vehicle. More
They told me emphatically that the problem with my vehicle was the throttle body. $1.5K later in repairs, my son is still experiencing the same problem but he's now up in Sacramento. In my view, the repair was completely unnecessary as the status of the car never changed. It drove fine until it heated up in the streets and then it would reduce down to 1K RPM and not be able to go more than 5 mph. Literally nothing has changed. Furthermore, the last time I had the vehicle serviced there, they didn't even bother putting in the right vin number which caused Rick to tell me I hadn't serviced the vehicle. I bought this Corrolla and my red Prius from Moss Bros. I'm in the market for more repairs on another Prius I bought as well as new Sienna. But there have been too many disappointments from your service department. I guess I'll have to start going to Toyota of Riverside instead. More
