I arrived 25 minutes early for my service appointment time, and it still took me over an hour and a half to get my vehicle in. What's the point of having an appointment time if i still have to wait over time, and it still took me over an hour and a half to get my vehicle in. What's the point of having an appointment time if i still have to wait over an hour for my vehicle to get in for service? Then I get to watch five employees just standing around at the check in area, on their cell phones, while I'm still waiting to get my vehicle in. Is this really what they are really being paid for? I am not impressed with Moss Bros. at all. They can get away with poor customer service because they are the only Toyota dealership in Moreno Valley. More
