I called a week in advance to make an appointment for a recall. The person on the phone assured me I had an appointment so when I showed up for a set appointment, I was told I was not on the appointment li recall. Staff proceeded to take my car, giving me the impression they were going to fix the recall hours later called me and told me they were unable to do the recall because they didn’t have the part even though when I dropped my car off I specifically said what I was there for and why. So now I have to go back an attempt to fix it again after being told the gentleman that helped me was on lunch when I got there to pick up my car so another appointment was never made. I’m extremely disappointed and expected better communication than what I got More
My overall experience was poor and did not meet my expectations. My vehicle needed a repair that was covered by my warranty. I was promised my vehicle repair would be completed in 24-36 hours, which i expectations. My vehicle needed a repair that was covered by my warranty. However, when I came to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that my car wouldn’t be released until receipt of the funds from the warranty company which took 2 additional weeks. I NEVER received a single phone call to update me during this 2 period. Every time that I called for an update, no one returned my calls. To make matters worse, I took my newly purchased 2025 RAV4 for a routine service (6month interval) , however, yesterday I received a message that the 5000 mile service was actually completed, rather than the 10,000 mile (12 month) service in error. Now I am needing to arrange to bring my vehicle back again, for the correct service. This seems simple, but for a person who works 7 days a week, with a > 1 hour driving distance to work, this is very difficult for me to arrange. This service experience was very disappointing and I will be unlikely to return to this dealership for my service needs. That said, I must share that service advisor Rick, was very kind and helpful, although he ultimately completed the incorrect service that was required. Now I need to figure out how I’m going to arrange yet another service appointment for the 3 rd time in a month. More

I was so happy to be greeted at the door. Natalie was very nice and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for everything thing and drove me home.
