They really need to be on the same page about what service is being done. They said they didn’t rotate my tires and paperwork doesn’t say it…. If their system says different. Being a veteran is already hard enough, being high risk when it comes to credit is already hard enough and for them to give me ‘wishful thinking’ that this car was going to be mine was what ended up happening. Now my daughter and I are basically left with no car and I have to get to and from school. I want my cash downpayment back when I go to return the vehicle. 0 stars. Not even one. More

This individual must have his "Fools mixed Up" because I am not one of those. It's so sad that this world has "Unprofessional" and "Unworthy" individuals placed in "Leadership" positions they are not qualified for. Mr. Owner of Moss Toyota you lost a "Potential Buyer" in an already troubled Toyota Brand. I do not need to mention or make any introductions. Mer. Barrett and Mr. Chavez were attempting to sell me a almost "FOUR YEAR" old 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited for $55,000 which is insane! Gentlemen this vehicle does not have a rear Tonneau cover, original side steps, is not the highest "Trim Level" like a Pro or even the sought out " Pearl Color. Original $2021 price for this vehicle is only $54,000k. Go figure. More

Asked for the OTD price with Daniel T. He didn't want to provide it via email. Other Toyota Dealers were willing to provide it via a spec sheet or email.
