Average service. I dropped off my car for a missing emblem. They informed me that this piece was only in a chrome color but I bought it like that from a Toyota Dealer I dropped off my car for a missing emblem. They informed me that this piece was only in a chrome color but I bought it like that from a Toyota Dealership. They informed me that they could cover it under warranty. Please don't tell your customers you can do something and not do it. In the paperwork it says that they called me and informed me about the situation but they in fact did not call or even leave a voice message. I picked up my car with the news presented as I received my keys. I hate being disappointed. More
