Service was fine until I noticed a big spot of oil that was running down the hood of my truck and huge splatter spots across the entire front end. Service time was horrible. I had an appointment ,and it still took three hours for a oil change, and tire rotation. Most if not all the dealerships i have gone to over my adul I had an appointment ,and it still took three hours for a oil change, and tire rotation. Most if not all the dealerships i have gone to over my adult life (Toyota, Lexis, chevy , Ford, Mercedes) all offer a courtesy wash with your vehicle service, not at Moss Bros. I have been a loyal Toyota / Lexis customer for years however, in good faith I could not , and would not recommend this Dealership for service, or maintenance. More

with an appointment i was told it would be 3 hours 40 minutes. 5 and a half hours later I had to request my car.
