Since that time, I have continued to go back for updated service on my 2018 Camry which requires a lot of attention, including once where it started to drag with my granddaughter in the car, creating a safety hazard. One of the service guys was switched up, who appeared to have no clue, and ultimately I was assigned Mr. Sanchez who was great. My car was sent home after finding nothing wring with it, however it came back as it started having another engine light on. It cost me an arm and a leg lol, but at least they found out what was wrong. Insofar, my Cam has been going in for regular service when it is supposed to and maintained as usual in tip top shape (except for plastic parts coming off the seats at the bottom), which nobody has any clue as to why this happens, and why it is so costly to replace; but I should get this replaced FREE as much work as I have gotten over the years with Moss! This piece of plastic just flaps back and forth and is very annoying, but said that I could take it to a body shop, or if the dealer service does it, it would be expensive--I haven't gotten a quote on it yet, but it looks terrible hanging off. Is this what I expect from just sitting in a seat on a car that costs over $32K?

Tony is the one who checked me our and was very apologetic but he is not the one who checked me in or dealt with my service until checking me out. So he is not the one responsible for this situation. I don't remember the guys name who checked me in.
