My experience was not a good one this service. I made my appt for 10:00am Sept 25th. I was first vehicle to pull in at that time and then several others pulled in after me. I was first in line and yet the attendants went to others cars that came in after me. The attendant who checked me in did not walk around my vehicle to take pictures. I told him I was waiting for my car. This service was to have new front brake pads and rotors serviced. The attendant said to go wait inside and he'd get back with me. Well he never came and talked with me. After waiting about 3 1/2hrs I got up to check on status of my vehicle and they said the mechanics go to lunch at 11:00 it'll be a little longer. I told him if he had told me that I would have had shuttle take me home. Now mind you the people that came in after me had already been called up to get their vehicles. At this point I was extremely upset. So I waited another 2 1/2 hrs for my vehicle. By now I'm MAD. I get up again to check on my vehicle because nobody ever came and communicated with me the whole time I was waiting. They go check with mechanic and it's going to be about 45minutes more. When finally they brought my car out and I was being checked out was my vehicle last car to be worked on and I was told they were very sorry and someone dropped the ball on with my service. I waited 6hrs for new front brake pads and resurface of rotors which should have taken approx 2hrs. All my other services I have had with Toyota for my 2019 Highlander have been very professional and good, not this one. So needless to say I was NOT HAPPY with this service. I truly hope this doesn't happen again More

No stars – it’s a trap. You go there and they jam the Wi-Fi to prevent you from accessing the internet and comparing other deals.
