Service was fine until I noticed a big spot of oil that was running down the hood of my truck and huge splatter spots across the entire front end. There is no way there should be oil streaks and puddles on your vehicle!! That’s just insane More

Service time was horrible. I had an appointment ,and it still took three hours for a oil change, and tire rotation. Most if not all the dealerships i have gone to over my adul I had an appointment ,and it still took three hours for a oil change, and tire rotation. Most if not all the dealerships i have gone to over my adult life (Toyota, Lexis, chevy , Ford, Mercedes) all offer a courtesy wash with your vehicle service, not at Moss Bros. I have been a loyal Toyota / Lexis customer for years however, in good faith I could not , and would not recommend this Dealership for service, or maintenance. More

with an appointment i was told it would be 3 hours 40 minutes. 5 and a half hours later I had to request my car. The comments of how many cars had come in. 140 is of no consequence to someone who has an minutes. 5 and a half hours later I had to request my car.
