They really need to be on the same page about what service is being done. They said they didn’t rotate my tires and paperwork doesn’t say it…. If their system says different. The service manager is just coving the dealers back… but I have to get new tires because there is obvious too much wear and tear on my front tires… so I’m very disappointed in this service. One person says they do something… the next person says they didn’t.. no trust in this at all More

I have never had such a horrible experience. I drive off the lot with paperwork signed and they called me a week later saying I had to return the vehicle. Now I am scrambling talking to other dealerships about the situation and they all say that this dealership is not doing things right. Being a veteran is already hard enough, being high risk when it comes to credit is already hard enough and for them to give me ‘wishful thinking’ that this car was going to be mine was what ended up happening. Now my daughter and I are basically left with no car and I have to get to and from school. I want my cash downpayment back when I go to return the vehicle. 0 stars. Not even one. More
