I originally had no intention of leasing, I was set on purchasing, but David took the time to walk me through all the available options without any pressure. After reviewing the numbers, leasing actually turned out to be the best option for me. David explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. I truly appreciated how transparent and straightforward he was throughout the entire process. Driving off in my brand-new car was an amazing feeling, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out. I made an appointment for oil change. Waited over an hour to have someone come to my car. Otherwise everyone nice. I am annoyed that moss keeps sending emails asking for a rating. The wait time for servicing a vehicle is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to wait six hours just to have a problem diagnosed after I did things the right way and made an appointment for 8 o’cloc ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to wait six hours just to have a problem diagnosed after I did things the right way and made an appointment for 8 o’clock in the morning. And then be told that my truck would be ready the next day and was given excuses on why it wasn’t and then the day after that my service advisor was off for the day and nobody bothered to call me to and tell me my truck was ready and it was a struggle to get somebody to help me get my truck at the end of the day yesterday. I had stopped bringing my vehicles for service to this location because of these very reasons and I was hoping that it had gotten better but obviously it’s just gotten worse and I will never be bringing my vehicles to this Toyota service center again. When I messaged the chat line, I received no response. I had to constantly go searching for my representative who said he would be the one to find me. He never did. More
