Karissa, Rey,Xavier, Tallal, Musa and Robert had no interest in selling to customer ready and qualified to purchase. Deceptive advertising listing a price and wanting 50% more after pumping you for your info and using your time. What a joke. Stay far away from this mess of a dealership! More
My daughter had a horrible experience with the less than ethical tactics used by this dealership. The salesman Gabriel Freeman was courteous but William Guiterrez who took over added a $2500 extended warra ethical tactics used by this dealership. He would not remove it claiming his boss wouldn't do the deal without it. The payments didn't match the percentage rate quoted by another $20. He would not give paperwork with all the numbers until the fourth trip back and forth. After the contract was signed a copy of said contract was never given to her. Luckily the vehicle was in transit and not to arrive for days. After hearing of her nightmare and running the numbers over the phone with her, the contract was canceled the next day. I understand it's a business, but dealing with the public in a fair and decent manner brings satisfied customers and their friends back for years. This dealership failed at every level. More

AS NOW I HAVE NO CAR, NO MONEY TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE SO KNOW I HAVE NO WAY TO SEE MY DOCTORS WHICH RESULTS IN NO MEDICINE AND BECAUSE I HAVE A MENTAL ILLNESS I CAN'T AFFORD TO GO WITHOUT MY MEDICINE. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry and I have been having frequent check engine light issues. Every time I take the car to them I have problems getting a rental from them. I needed my passenger side rear view mirror replaced so I took it to Moss Bros on Saturday, they didn’t have the parts, so I ordered and paid for “the” part, and they set an appointment for Thursday to come took it to Moss Bros on Saturday, they didn’t have the parts, so I ordered and paid for “the” part, and they set an appointment for Thursday to come in and have it installed; Thursday my Wife takes her car in for repair, they ordered the wrong part and told my wife it costs more for the right part and to leave the car until Saturday when the part comes in, a whole week to repair a mirror!! So I called three times to talk to the Service Manager, they said leave your number He will call you back, He Didn’t!! So now I have to wait until tomorrow, Friday, to talk to someone, who obviously is too busy to use good communication skills, Also my Wife is handicapped and needs her car to park close to her work building, and now she has to get a ride to and from work!! So may day started out great until I had this terrible experience at Moss Bros Toyota dealership in Moreno Valley. I've never been so insulted in my life! So, here's my story...I had a pre-arranged app experience at Moss Bros Toyota dealership in Moreno Valley. I've never been so insulted in my life! So, here's my story...I had a pre-arranged appointment today to take a hands-on overview and I'm thinking... I'm buying a Toyota 4Runner today! The vehicle I saw was on the lot however the one I selected was in transit was expected to arrive within the next couple of days. However, we were going still do the deal today and take delivery when the vehicle arrived. I was willing to pay the MSRP for the vehicle, plus the taxes and registration, etc...which neared around $54,500.00. I was already prepared to pay this price and was ready to move forward. We sat down the salesperson presents to me a bunch of expensive add-ons that I didn't ask for and/or need; keep in mind that these additional parts do not arrive on the vehicles upon manufacture delivery, they are installed by the dealer which appear to have a heavy mark up. To make matters worse the salesperson suddenly tells me that there's a $10,000.00 dealer mark up over MRSP because of the low inventory. So, if you could imagine to my surprise...I was shocked that now I'm being asked to pay $64,500.00 for a Toyota 4Runner. Naturally, my response to this incredibly insane jester was there are other Toyota dealerships that prohibited to use such shady practices and I'm not paying 10,000.00 more over the MSRP. Then I was asked, how much more over MSRP will you pay for the vehicle. Being that the trust is now completely gone, my response was... I am willing to pay the MSRP for the vehicle, plus the taxes and registration, etc...furthermore said, the dealerships profit is built into the MSRP which is about 10%; isn't that enough? The answer to this question obviously is NO... they don't care, they just want more of your money. After burning up about two hours and being turned to multiple salespeople trying to convince me to spend more money without any material justification... finally, the sales manager comes out to take the final swing on trying to get more money out of me. My response to the sales manager was I'm offering you the manufacture retail price, ('the window sticker price") plus taxes and fees, etc... you know there's profit already built into this; why isn't this enough? The sales manager said okay, I'll go see if I can get this approved...when he came back, he told me he can't do the deal and that was the end of it. Straight up...I was willing to pay the window sticker price plus taxes and fees, but they wouldn't sell me the vehicle...go figure? It was such a horrible and insulting experience and a big waste of time. I can't believe this place is willing to take such gross advantage of its customers. I'm very disappointed by Moss Bros dealerships policy, practices and would never recommend them to any family, friends, my customers, or acquaintances...in fact I'll likely forewarn them instead. More
