They really need to be on the same page about what service is being done. They said they didn’t rotate my tires and paperwork doesn’t say it…. If their system says different. The service manager is just coving the dealers back… but I have to get new tires because there is obvious too much wear and tear on my front tires… so I’m very disappointed in this service. I had a very disappointing experience with Moss Brothers Toyota in Moreno Valley. After leasing my BZ4X 13 months ago, I was told I would receive a second key. When I was called to collect it on January 16, Toyota in Moreno Valley. After leasing my BZ4X 13 months ago, I was told I would receive a second key. When I was called to collect it on January 16, 2025, I was informed I would need to pay for it, contrary to what was implied at the time of purchase. I’ve bought 3 cars here. I had my 2014 prius hauled in last night (12/29/2022) because it wouldn’t start.
