Awful service, Overcharged, Given many attempts to put right DO NOT GO NEAR ANYWHERE THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a used 2012 3 series coupe in early December (2015) for an agreed price of 22k. As I was sig DO NOT GO NEAR ANYWHERE THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a used 2012 3 series coupe in early December (2015) for an agreed price of 22k. As I was signing the paperwork, i noticed the price of 22070k. John (sales guy) said he'd get a cheque out to me later to refund the $70 mistake, so i signed. I've had about 15 emails with John and his manager since to try and re-coup the $70 and it's essentially been ignored. I've had many 'the cheque is in the post emails' but nothing ever arrives. I noticed after driving away that the car was always complaining about air pressure, I assumed it was due to changing temperatures, but a couple of weeks in i took it to the dealer in New Orleans, who informed me that the rim was cracked and I needed a new one. Fine the car was sold 'as is' but if this was there when I bought the car, it shows that the dealer is not checking / caring about the products that they sell. During this period, I also emailed their service department to see if the car was under warranty and if I could bring it in for servicing. I didn't get a reply. Update April 4th 2016: I received a response last week from a very apologetic Moss based on this review and was informed this would be resolved before the end of the week. It still isn't and i've heard nothing back. More
