First Service I arrived at 10:30 and was told I did not have an appointment, but they fit me in. Computers were slow, people were busy, but I got checked in. I ordered a part from your parts department to have the tech install. She was very nice and personable. I waited in the customer area for about 2 hours. I would have preferred the tech to speak to me about my vehicle, but the advisor spoke briefly to me, but I don't remember what she said. Finally, I got the service I expected. Nothing more... Nothing less. More

Bad service My gas tank would only fill halfway, so I paid $1,000 to have the problem fixed. The problem wasn't fixed and on top of that I brought it back and the My gas tank would only fill halfway, so I paid $1,000 to have the problem fixed. The problem wasn't fixed and on top of that I brought it back and they tried to charge me $2,000 dollars to fix it AGAIN. The representatives didnt even bat an eye, they don't care at all about you or your car. I hope people read this. Also, the service manager was horrible, and again, he doesn't care about you or your car at all - JUST $$$$ More

My service was done on a timely manner I was met by a service personnel his name was Andrew carter explain to me what was to be performed on my vehicle. This young mans manners were outstanding. As always every one greets you as you are the owner. When my vehicle was done again Andrew to me what had been performed. Air bag recall. Made an appt a month ago for the air bag recall. Made arrangements to be late for work to drop the vehicle off and pick up for lunch. The dealership called about 3 hours after I dropped it off stating that they were sorry but they did not have the air bag in stock. Really? Don’t they check to make sure they have parts for scheduled services? Now I will have to be inconvenienced again and make arrangements all over again. More
