"Dealer of the Year 2017"??? Thats funny. If the award was for most incompetent and deceitful dealer of 2017 then yes. Every potential and existing customer should be aware that this is by a wide margin the shadiest franchise dealership I've ever encountered (and I'm no spring chicken). They did $600 in "repair work" for me that repaired nothing and nearly left me stranded on the side of the road after coolant leaked out of the radiator hose they supposedly replaced. Cant say if this is attributable to general incompetence or fraudulent business practices, but I CAN say that when confronted with their mistake they refused to take accountability or reimburse me for the $100 invoice from my trusted indie repair shop to actually fix the leak. Instead they gave me meaningless assurances that they would look into it and never contacted me again. I have posted a more detailed explanation of the whole fiasco on their google and yelp reviews for the benefit of all. Also of note is that, of the 5 star reviews they received, only a couple were accompanied by any actual review content, and one was left by Joshua Begnaud who coincidentally has the same name as the Service Dept manager. Hmmm... Not saying that everyone at this dealership is dishonest, but clearly the management is unwilling to take any accountability for what goes on in their departments. And to not compensate me for the $100 invoice that i submitted to them to actually repair what they had supposedly done, speaks volumes about how they will react when someone else has their BMW repair botched to the tune of way more than $100. Fortunately, I live in Houston and have a multitude of choices when it comes to dealerships and indie shops, and I'll never have to deal with these clowns again. But, if you live in the Lafayette area and want to purchase or service a BMW from someone who cares and stands behind their work, drive a little further to another dealership and give this Titanic Shipwreck a wide birth. On my 3rd trip to get oil leak repaired? I brought my 525 XI in to repair an oil leak. They claimed to have fixed the leak but discovered that the oil leak was still leaking. Brought the car back the next day to have the leak fixed again and they told me they didn't have a loaner so I had to reschedule. I rescheduled and they gave me an estimate to fix the oil leak but did discount the price due to not fixing the right oil leak the first time so I also had some other work done to the car (breaks/replace ticking lifters). They kept the car a couple of weeks and went in to pick up the car but the engine wouldn't run. So I wasted another trip. They called me and said that a vacuum hose was found not installed and had it fixed. Went to pick up the car and when I got back home I discovered that the oil catch pan was dangling lose where they broke the ends off when reinstalling it and that the oil was still leaking from the same spot. At this point, I called the service manager and told him of the issues. He told me that he would personally make sure it was taken care of and it has been almost 2 weeks and have not heard back from him yet... More

Michelle is very knowledgable about the products she sells and is willing to go the extra mile when unable to answer a question or fulfill a request. Since the sale, she has remained a great contact there, going out of her way to make sure we received prompt attention. She manages to be an aggressive and effective sales person and liaison to her customers without being annoying. More

I had mention to her that I would like to get an X5 one day because of my grandkids, but not right now because my car was not that old. This conversation took place probably two years ago. My husband took my car in for maintenance this past April and Michelle comes running up to him and says she found a the perfect car for Mrs. Julie. She was right!
