Service Department is a JOKE Bought my preowned certified BMW in February of 2015. In September the service light came on and would die out. After calling the service department t Bought my preowned certified BMW in February of 2015. In September the service light came on and would die out. After calling the service department they said I could get it towed to Lafayette and would be carless until it was fixed because they had no loaners then told me I could go to enterprise and get a rental car but only reimburse me for only a percent of the bill! xx. Really a dealership with no loaners. After calling and complaining and raising xxxx my car was towed for free and someone drove a loaner to me! Which remember they didn't have any loaners. Recently my car had a coolant leak. I called service to tell them I was bringing it in. They said that it would be awhile before they could look at which I understand but then told me again no loaners were avalaible and that loaners needed to be scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. Please tell me how in the world am I suppose to know my car will act up two or three weeks in advance. BMWs aren't cheap cars I do not understand how a dealership who makes tons of money doesn't have loaners for there customers! People have jobs were they need their vehicle. BMW service department is a joke. I will NEVER buy a BMW again ever!!!! More

Vehicle went in for routine maintenance, promised in three hours. Took two days, no communication from Moss - no apology. Went in to pick up this AM and stood there unacknowledged for 5 minutes before we were barely acknowledged. When we inquired about the delay, received no answer - we were down a couple of guys I think is what the guy said. Ask to have the GM call me - we'll see if that happens. Asked for the GM's cards and was told "we don't have any cards, we're all new". The cherry on top of it all was car wasn't even washed - despite having it on the invoice that they washed it. I don't even trust that the scheduled maintenance was performed based on this experience - will likely have to take it over to Baton Rouge just to ensure what they said happened actually did. Pathetic - particularly given the brand and the expectations that go with it. More
