When the new Labor Day specials were released, I returned to the dealership to see if I could renegotiate my new car deal. They were very cordial and although they weren't obligated to renegotiate my current deal they were more than happy to accommodate me and we were able to settle on a new deal. When we met Jennifer showed me three cars on my list, and I chose the one that was the perfect car for me. Jennifer has a warm and friendly personality, her confidence and knowledge inspired confidence in me. Mike Wilson took me through the price agreement phase, one which is usually NOT painless for me.
