Purchased a new Ford Escape This is the second vehicle I purchased from Mossy Ford in Pacific Beach. I leased my new vehicle two days before the Labor Day weekend sales event. When the new Labor Day specials were released, I returned to the dealership to see if I could renegotiate my new car deal. They were very cordial and although they weren't obligated to renegotiate my current deal they were more than happy to accommodate me and we were able to settle on a new deal. Lacks attention to detail Service was good. Paul was friendly and helpful. I do not like the fact he said there where 2 key fobs he just couldent find the other at the moment. Service was good. Jennifer emailed back immediately, and we worked together via email and phone for several days to narrow down my choice in your inventory. When we met Jennifer showed me three cars on my list, and I chose the one that was the perfect car for me. Jennifer has a warm and friendly personality, her confidence and knowledge inspired confidence in me. Mike Wilson took me through the price agreement phase, one which is usually NOT painless for me. But he made it pleasant, maybe even fun, and we agreed on a price that I believe was fair to me. Diego (?) must be a terrific salesman, because I bought extended plans that I have never done before.
