A great experience when leasing my new Ford Escape! We recently leased a Ford Escape from Mossy Ford in Pacific Beach. We worked with Jennifer Bohn and her manager Jason Armenta. Communications with Jennifer started early as I had reached out to Mossy via email initially. I had some concerns with the lease process, which she and her team were able to address immediately. She was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. After we had our questions answered and were ready to test drive some vehicles, we headed down to Mossy. We had a very pleasant experience and would use them again. Going into this we had a very specific budget and vehicle requirements in mind. Jennifer and Jason bent over backwards to make sure we left happy. They worked with us on all levels and at the end of the day we were able to lease a vehicle that met all of our wishes and was within our budget. Jennifer has followed up with me a couple of times post transaction to make sure we are happy with our decision and to make sure all of our questions have been answered. The dealership was easy to find and in a great location. It was clean and everyone there was very helpful. I had been to other dealerships and I walked out due to being treated like a paycheck and I felt disrespected. I had been to El Centro motors in the imperial valley and I was lied to and felt manipulated so I walked out and will never return. When I requested the invoice I was argued with. When I asked for the Memorial Day sale rebate I was treated like I was asking for too much. At mossy Ford I got everything I asked for and more. Max wicklund and his supervisor explained everything and gave me what I wanted. I had been in contact with max for awhile and he showed me different vehicles and I told him what I wanted. When I showed up max had multiple vehicle to show me to pick from and explained exactly what I was getting. He gave me a truck that I did not even know I could get. It was the exact package that I wanted. During the paperwork part everything was explained and went at my pace. I was pushed a little bit (it is a business of course) but I was not bullied like at El Centro motors. Max and his supervisor were awesome to work with and were very flexible. They were very kind to my daughter and let me take my time to read the paperwork. I am very happy with my truck and the service that I received at mossy Ford. I hate dealerships and I hate salesman. In the past I have never felt good when waking into a dealership. With mossy Ford I felt anxiety and nervousness waiting to be screwed over but the moment never came. Max and his supervisor were completely honest. They did not attempt to screw me over. Max is an awesome salesman and mossy Ford is lucky to have him. When I buy my next vehicle my first stop will be mossy Ford in SD. I am not sure if the other salesman will be as good as max if he is not there, but even if they are half as good it will be a million times better than anywhere else. More

I explained to him my needs and budget. Knowing what car you want/need is very stressful but I felt very at ease with Jimmy. He was not pushy and was most helpful when it came to my concerns. Having a friendly staff, this man really stood out. He showed me vehicles I may be intrested in when we finally came to an agreement that a fusion would be most suitable for me. Not only was he receptive when it came to my concerns, he was intrested in finding me the best deal possible. Having such vast product knowledge on each vehicle, I was impressed. Because of Mossy Ford ability to hire such a great salesman, I will never go to another dealer/salesman. I look forward to being a loyal customer of Jimmy for many years to come.
