Our Miata was delivered as it was presented on the website-the pics were as great in representing the vehicle as it was flawless. Jennifer Bohn was responsive to our first email inquiry. We saw a 2011 Mazda Miata on Mossy's website and sent our email. Jennifer called me that night within ten minutes! We highly recommend this dealership and all its staff. Great job! I initially made contact with Mossy Ford through an email, they were the only dealership who would reply in a timely manner with answers to all my inq I initially made contact with Mossy Ford through an email, they were the only dealership who would reply in a timely manner with answers to all my inquiries. Maximilian Wicklund was the associate who responded to all of my emails, texts and calls. I was firm on what I wanted and could afford, a used 2014 or newer Explorer Sport. After test driving a used Sport through Carmax, I went to Mossy to look at a 2015 Sport that had my attention, by the time I arrived it had been sold. I finally met Max, it was nice being able to put a face on a person with whom I had friendly and productive conversations with, he was extremely professional with great customer service skills. So much so, that I walked out of Pacific Beach Mossy Ford with a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer Sport on a lease. I went in to look at used car and came home with my dream car. She merely showed me what I was looking for and answered all of my questions surrounding the new technology found in these new vehicles. I was upfront with her and thus, she knew I had no intention of buying a vehicle that day. I had already researched and new they would not offer me the price I wanted, but they did. In the end, I purchased the car from Jennifer and have never been happier. She is an excellent salesperson and I would recommend to anyone interested in finding a new vehicle to request her as their sales representative. More
