He walked us through the process from our first visit, to getting aditional parts installed on our car. He even letting us take a picture in front of our new car at Mossy Ford Dealler. I have never seen so high level of servise. This is our first Ford from Mossy Ford and it for sure won't be our last! World Class Customer Experience I typically don't write reviews but I felt compelled to do so. My wife and I were thinking of getting a second car so our friend referred us to Jimmy I typically don't write reviews but I felt compelled to do so. My wife and I were thinking of getting a second car so our friend referred us to Jimmy from Mossy Ford. She spoke of him so highly, which was extremely rare. Little to no surprise, she was right. Jimmy is such an amazing person and he gives us the best experience ever with buying a car. Normally there is stress involved or the feeling that you might be taken advantage of. With Jimmy there was no stress and it felt like we were buying a car from a friend. We had such a good time that we forgot that we were even buying a car. Not only was it fun and stress free, but he was extremely knowledgeable as most of his coworkers came to him with questions. Clearly he's the resident expert there which made us feel extremely confident. I can say that Mossy Ford is extremely lucky to have Jimmy as he is a true asset to them.
