They did what's called spot financing drove for 4 days. They said when I come in if I don't like what the offer is that they would refund my money and that I have a new car to drive for free. STAY AWAY! !! If you wanted to be disrespected, insulted, patronized and straight up DEFRAUDED! Then by all means go see MICHAEL CONROY at this dealership!!! Whe !! When you buy a car the game is always you go high I go low everyone knows this! I ONLY contacted this dealership because they recently seemed to be negotiating with my sister on the price of a new car, it didn’t work out for her but they quoted her a price in writing for $37,607 plus taxes but then called her a week later and on a voice mail and gave her a quote for $37,980 OUT THE DOOR! For that particular model it was the highest trim level. So since I like less ”bells & whistles“ I contacted them for a base model version of the same car with a significantly lower MSRP than the highest trim! I was abundantly clear that I was direct to the point, i didn’t want to waste my time or have me waste theirs I just wanted to give them my numbers and they can do what they wanted as far as the value of my trade, the sale price of the car etc! Just as long as I would give them my trade and cash on top, and we both walk away with our respective cars! That way I didn’t have to be haggling over the specifics, none of that nonsense, If they can do it fine, if not I understand and thanks for your time. I gave them all the numbers that my sister had given me of screenshots of the prices they had offered to sell the car for IN WRITING, the offers I had received for my car IN WRITING. Not only did they try to offer me $5,000 less than the lowest quote for my trade in, and I would lose the $2,000 tax credit because California doesn’t do that, they then proceeded to get his boss on the phone who told me, “ if you have those offers in writing sell your car to them and come buy our car“ when I said to him “if I sell my car to them here in Las Vegas how am I supposed to get down to you and buy the car” to which he responded in the rudest most condescending tone “SIR THATS NOT MY CONCERN “ really that’s how you try to make a sale!! Aside from that even with the proof of the offers in writing they quoted me an OUT THE DOOR $39,259!!! For a vehicle with an MSRP OF $6,000 LESS THAN ONE THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO SELL FOR $37,980 OUT THE DOOR!!! How does that make any sense!! Do These people think I don’t communicate with my sister! That we didn’t send them the offers in writing as well as had the voicemail from the sales girl saved! They just got rude and said I was BEING DIFFICULT because I asked them to just explain how they were willing to sell a car with an MSRP of 40k + for $37,980 out the door but they wanted $39,259 for one with an MSRP of $33k! At that point they just hung up on me. The following day I get an email just completely full of straight up LIES, that the offer we have in the emails with their letterhead isn’t the right price! That it wasn’t the out the door price even though we have the saved voice mail! I have bought a new car every 3/4 years for the last 20 years! My uncle was a sales manager for a dealership for almost 20 years! And this was by FAR the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. There’s a bunch of other things along the way in this exchange where they were super rude but this review is already long enough! Just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! Unless you want to have your time wasted and be overall Scammed!! More

I traded my truck for a decent price I wasn’t complaining. I could but I didn’t. Everything was fine until it came to getting the title and paperwork. I have them my old title that clearly stated that I owned it free and clear. That wasn’t enough for them. I had to give them paperwork from my previous lien holder that I owned it free and clear. I had it to them within a couple days. They come back a week later asking for the same paperwork. They didn’t out right say it but they clearly lost it. Luckily I only gave them a copy so I was able to get them another copy. Another thing, when I was buying the car I stated I needed my handicap plates transferred over. They couldn’t keep them because the handicap is registered under me. They had all the paperwork to transfer it over, theoretically. Two or three weeks went by and I get regular plates in the mail. So I asked the guy that sold it to me what happened. He said he would check in on it and let me know. An entire month went by with no update. I call again and said I’d have to come in to sign some paperwork. Didn’t make sense because it should have been handled with my original packet. But I came in anyway and they show me a “Special interest license plate” document. I asked them what that was about and they said they don’t transfer over license plates because it’s a hassle and it would be a favor from them for doing it. I asked why it wasn’t done the first time they said they didn’t do it anymore and this is a favor. Emphasis on favor. I walked out without signing because nothing on that piece of paper said handicap and I didn’t want them sending me another f*** up license plate. So now I have to go out of my way to go to the DMV to register it correctly. And lose out on +$400 because they filed my plates wrong. I would give negative if I could. Do. Not. Go. Here. More
