The sales department advertised a internet special price but with all of the additional packages and TTL, the final sale price came out to be significantly greater. There were also long periods where I was left waiting the the staff to get the car ready and generate the financing package. I wanted to return my rental during this time but the staff had me stay put for some reason. Overall, I’m satisfied with my new car, but I sensed a lack of transparency when it came to negotiating the final price. More

Great customer service and honest workers. I took my vehicle in before 9am on a Saturday morning for an oil change without an appointment and was assisted in less than a min .
