We previously purchased 2015 Honda Accord and civic and were so happy with our experience with Talha Mahmood that we decided to come back on March 20th,2018 to purchase 2 more new cars. Talha was excellent at getting us both in the cars that we wanted and went above and beyond to get us a great deal. Sales associate Ryan was very helpful answering all of our questions and assisting us with the features of our cars. The only negative part of our experience was with Mark the finance manager. We felt very uncomfortable and uneasy sitting in his office while filling out papers. He seemed irritated about a previous confrontation with the GM Adel,and complained about it while we sat there. He did not offer or explain any warranties or services available to us. He just seemed to want to get us out of there. As a returning customer buying 2 cars,not just one,we feel we deserve a callback with an apology and an exceptional offer for an extended warranty on the Honda Accord due to the unprofessional and uncomfortable position we were put in during the process of signing the documents. I would like to sincerely thank the rest of our Honda friends for taking such good care of us, Talha,Ryan,Adel! We look forward to doing business with you in the future. More

I got phone calls and emails from their internet sales, over the phone conversation, they offered the lowest price. So I walked in their store in 3615 Lemon Groven Ave, CA 91945. Their sales manager presented me a demo car, and promised that they have new car in stock, same model and same color. After talking about the price, I decided to buy a new car, then I was led to their financial manager office and paid for a new car. After paperwork, I tried to have one more look at the demo car, it was no longer there. Waiting for around 15 minutes, The sales manager handed over the car to me, I asked: "is it the demo car", he answered "yes", I asked "why you give me the demo car", he said" it's new car". They never showed me a new car, they didn't even give me a chance to test driving. When I drive the car back to home, found there are two scratches at the back bump, heavy dust around sun roof and back trunk areas. Contacted them, and made an appointment for fixing the scratches and dust, then drive in, got another cheating: was scheduled to drive in Thursday, leave the car there for 24 hours, then get the car back on Friday. After I got to there on time, was notified that they are unable to fix the problems until next Monday. I talked to their sales director, tried to complain about the cheating behavior, He is most tough person to handle, rude attitude, discriminating, lying, cheating..... be careful this dealer!!! More
