Very disappointed They were able to approve me with bad credit, that's the only positive. Actually did nothing different than another dealership would have done. I was literally lied to about 6 times in the 8 hours I was there. Ali, finance guy lied 3 times. I would have walked if my spouse was not there. I did not try to negotiate price, just asked for a repair manual. Reality is they don't give a s__t about me (or you), they just want to sell a vehicle no matter how unethical (lying) they need to be. I knew I was getting screwed the first lie they told me. Wife needed a car, she had her mind made up we were getting one, less bs from her if she's happy. Car will be paid off before early. WILL NOT GO BACK for next car. I am a Nissan guy, will buy Nissan again, just somewhere else More

We were treated extremely well at this dealership. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable about the new 2018 Leaf all-electric car. This technology-loaded vehicle is quite imposing compared to the Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable about the new 2018 Leaf all-electric car. This technology-loaded vehicle is quite imposing compared to the 19-year-old Acura it is replacing. Bob Mesler drew the short straw to teach us all about the car’s features. He knew if we couldn’t understand it we wouldn’t buy it. He was wonderful and key to our decision to buy this beautiful car. The only slip in their performance was when we arrived on time for our scheduled test drive they didn’t have a car and driver standing for our arrival. They recovered quickly and turned us over to Bob to fix their slip-up. The other person we want to cite is Sam Mahmood in Finance. Sam knows his job. He made everything understandable, and made us feel we were special clients that required special treatment. We highly recommend Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa for your a Leaf or any other vehicle. More
