Friendly and polite reps Deb (Internet Sales Rep) was the first person I corresponded with prior to walking into the dealership. She was friendly and could tell she has a fun personality. I made an appointment to visit and she introduced me to Mike (floor sales rep). Both were welcoming. During and after my visit, they did their usual sales pitch, but were also respectable, polite, and smiled. Mike acknowledged my car preferences and worked to meet those needs/wants without being too overbearing unlike other reps. I was pleased to work with Mike and Deb in purchasing a certified Nissan. Very disappointed They were able to approve me with bad credit, that's the only positive. Actually did nothing different than another dealership would have done. I was literally lied to about 6 times in the 8 hours I was there. Ali, finance guy lied 3 times. I would have walked if my spouse was not there. I did not try to negotiate price, just asked for a repair manual. Reality is they don't give a s__t about me (or you), they just want to sell a vehicle no matter how unethical (lying) they need to be. I knew I was getting screwed the first lie they told me. Wife needed a car, she had her mind made up we were getting one, less bs from her if she's happy. Car will be paid off before early. WILL NOT GO BACK for next car. I am a Nissan guy, will buy Nissan again, just somewhere else More
