Brandon K. was amazing, and so unlike the stereotypical sleazeball car salesmen I had encountered at Universal Nissan (my closest dealership to home in LA). He was calm, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was enthusiastic, but he wasn't pushy. He was so nice and down-to-earth that it was almost hard to negotiate with him. We negotiated both leases and purchases on two different new Altimas; I ultimately leased a fully-loaded Altima. I put a little more down than I wanted to, but it was less than they originally wanted down. I also got my monthly payments down by about $100/month. To be honest, I couldn't have done it on my own. My rather muscular friend, who's a car salesman, came with me. Everyone seemed to be under the impression he was my boyfriend and he did most of the negotiating for me. (I would've gone weak and given in probably.)
Nick in finance was also great. He ultimately gave us a great deal on the extended warranty/KARR alarm since this was my first new car. (This alone would make me return to Mossy Oceanside.)
Also, Brandon contacted me several times after the sale just to see how I was enjoying my car and if I had questions. He even responded to a text message when I did have a question on how to do something on my car! My family has purchased cars from Nissan, Honda, Toyota, and Kia in recent years; not a single salesman contacted long drive to Mossy to get this car and I couldn't be happier with my experience!
