Had my car serviced for a O2 sensor and the service was fine but now my car has a misfire they want to charge $160 to put a diagnostic tool on it. Worst dealership ever! ! I took my car in to correct a recall notice. The service tech changed my radio station so he could listen to Sirius XM Radio. He listened so long ! The next day my car was completely dead, wouldn't start at all and I missed an important appointment. I had to call AAA and they told me I needed to buy a new battery. Now I'm receiving emails asking me to confirm my Sirius XM subscription. I told my new mechanic what happened and he said he's heard many negative comments about the Oceanside dealership. I will never set foot in this place again and I'll tell everyone I know about the horrible experiences I've had. This is definitely not the first time they have disappointed me. They're awful and they suck!!! More

Contacted dealership online about car online. Told them I was out of state and made $1,000 deposit. Worked deal up with outside financing and drive 6 hours to location. Recommendation: Dont get your car repaired here, try the one in ClairmontMesa. The sales Rep will tell you things that are contradicting. Pay attention and if you do go, take a screen shot of your first estimate/quote as they can say ie. your lug nuts and studs were stripped on the 2nd estimate which is what they did to me. When asked why wasn’t this found on the primary inspection they blame maybe a previous shop over tighten however it was in their possession that this occur. Im originally at dealership because no parts store sold their ABS magnetic ring. The part goes by a few names , even when i tried looking up the car on their website by vehicle vin number the exploded diagram didn’t show the part or any part number. But they showed me one and said that perhaps i looked at the wrong car as they have various models , to what i responded that would be very difficult to believe since i looked it up by vin then he tells me it probably outdated . When he said this i immediately thought and thats my fault?. Any how a 2 rear drum brake turned into $1900 something and i asked for a discount it came to $1500+CA tax. And to add more harm to injury they keep telling its gonna be ready tomorrow. And they have had my vehicle for almost the whole week, i am very disappointed at this location at this point. I will never come back here after this experience. More
