Sales manager Larry lacks professionalism unless you are making him money. He told me to my face after 2.5 hours in the liberty that other clients were more important because they were making money for him making him money. What an absolute joke this place is. DO NOT BUY FROM MOSSY NISSAN OCEANSIDE. My wife and I placed a deposit of $1000 in order to guarantee a 2022 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x. After waiting almost a whole month for this vehicle, we finally got the call from their manager that they had the truck for us. After setting up an appointment to get our truck the same day, not even 3 hours later they sold our truck to someone else. No phone call or anything to let us know the truck was sold. When we showed up to our appointment, that's when the manager told us the scenario that they had already sold the truck to someone else. Not only were we lied to by them, but they failed to call us and inform us before we drove all the way to the dealership. After trying to figure out what happened (he didn't even know what to say), the manager blamed our salesman who WASN'T EVEN AT WORK TODAY saying he should of called us. IF YOU CALLED US TO TELL US THE TRUCK WAS THERE, WHY CANT YOU CALL US BACK? Once this all was over my wife and I requested to speak to the General Manager. The level of customer service he had with us was absolutely atrocious. His exact words after I mentioned leaving a review was "Go ahead, I'm the one who will be replying to it." I will never take my business to Nissan ever again, let alone the MOSSY NISSAN OCEANSIDE location. For all future customers reading this, let this be a forewarning that this place is money hungry, and their management will stiff anyone in order to get a sale. The level of customer service the GM had was absolutely disgusting. DO NOT BUY HERE! More

Justin called about an hour later and I came in. I worked with Samin Siavoshian (Sam for short) He was more than professional, courteous and attentive. Even when I was taking a hard stance. He worked diligently to get me something that would work with my terrible credit and lack of downpayment and monthly payment budget. I went looking for a used prius on a wish & a prayer. I left with a Brand New 2019 Nissan Sentra Special Edition - Fully Loaded. They worked with my hard stance on the monthly payments. This is my 3rd experience with Mossy Nissan over the last 20 Years. Sam was the best Sales Person and Larry the guy who ran my finances was also above & beyond amazing. Both Sam and Larry were amazing. What a way to treat loyal customer. I came to this location and bought a 2019 Nissan Titan pro 4 x. Traded my older Nissan Titan 2010 LE which had nothing wrong with it other than me wan I came to this location and bought a 2019 Nissan Titan pro 4 x. Traded my older Nissan Titan 2010 LE which had nothing wrong with it other than me wanting a new truck. This dealer sold me a truck that had multiple issues with it. One of the fog light was out when I pulled it into my driveway the day I bought it. Shifter was getting stuck, steering rack went out all in a matter of 3 weeks having the truck. Top it off, I was supposed to get $7,000.00 back for my trade in, got the check today, and dealer only sent me $6,000.00 dollars. I’m going to pursue legal charges for all the wasted time and stress this dealer has put me through. I was willing to just walk away and not try to claim lemon law on this truck but man, now they want to rip me off too? My family had been loyal to Nissan products for so many years. Well, time to switch to Toyota products. I like their trucks as well. More
