Service appointment time means absolutely nothing. Can’t blame it on the service rep or the technician because it has to do with management. Why else would you wait 2 hours after appointment time before vehicle is even looked at? They know that you are there waiting for your truck but it just doesn’t matter. Next new vehicle will be bought from dealership with a better service department. More
