First, I want to apologize for the inconvenience. Both of our service departments are going through the installation and training for the latest service department technology. As with new technology, the learning curve can be painful, but once our advisors and technicians are comfortable, it will handle everything from appointment, to the write-up, vehicle inspection, updates, completion notifications, as well as checkout and payment. To make up for the poor experience, I would like to offer concierge service, with a driver picking up your vehicle, leaving a loaner while the work is complete, with a complimentary oil change and detail, at your convenience.
