From Start to Finish one of the Finest buying experiences I have had in the Last 20 years of buying cars. This Dealership should be studied by other Dealerships to understand how to treat your Customer and the Sales Experience. The Team at Mossy is a thing of Beauty. There are no Lies, No BS, just pure love for thier customers and desire to give you a wonderful Buying Experience. I was able to work my Car Deal on a Cadillac XTS in under 15 minutes online and through email. It took under an hour to sign all paperwork and leave in my new car. Other Dealerships can not touch this in the New Orleans Metro Area. My sales Rep Amanda Hayes I have to give total Praise to. She was professional at all levels and honest to the core. "Sales communication terrible!"

I brought my truck up there on 9/24 to have Ricky Arnoult appraise it and work up some numbers on a new GMC3500HD DENALI and as of today 9/28 I have not heard from the dealership. I am not in the business of Begging anyone to take my money but I have purchased 7 new vehicles there since 2009. I would think that would qualify for at the least a phone call. I cannot continue to sell Mossy to my friends from now on. Thank You Mr. Arnoult.

"switched trucks"

Not only did i not get the 8K discount on the truck.They switched trucks on me.Who would have thought that they had 3 of the exact same trucks on the lot.This truck looks like a special edition truck says elevation on the side not siarra and everything painted with black 20" wheels. This was a 2018 the salesman said the reason for the discount was it was a demo truck and trying to get rid of the 2018 models.I did not decide to buy the truck until the next day.So the next day i called them to tell them i would take the truck so while driving home i noticed the truck had about 1200 miles more on it than i remembered the day before.Thinking i could be wrong just went on home.It was not until i looked at the paperwork that i noticed i did not get the price they told me.So i went on the website to look up the truck.That's when i seen 3 of the exact same trucks.I still thought it was the same trucks just pictured 3 times.It was not until i was looking for the vin# to give to my insurance company.that's when i went back to the website and bam 3 different vin #'s .So not only did i get a truck with more miles on it i am looking at the truck and there are deep scratches all throughout the bed of the truck.So basically the dealer gave me the worst of the 3 trucks and screwed me on the price.I know the truck i drove did not have deep scratches all through the bed There is no doubt in my mind i did not get the truck that i test drove.That is flat out low down dirty dealing right there folks!!!!!

First i can do simple math.That does not excuse what I 100% believe to be giving me a different truck than the one i drove the day before.I know the truck i drove did not have 3600 miles on it and scratches all through the bed. On to simple math.The window sticker price is 38,395.00 - 8,000.00 what the salesman told me because it was a demo model and 2018,then subtract my 2,000.00 i put down brings the grand total to 28,395.00.then plus tax tag and title.Never did anyone ever say to me oh by the way since we are going through a different finance company the price of the truck is going up by 5,512 dollars.I don't need a finance department to explain that to me. Because if they would have you people know i would have walked away.You people knew i was in search,of and that i have been actively searching.I did not drive 2 hours to window shop. What is really funny is that the other 2 trucks that are exactly like mine on the very next day your advertised price was right at 31,000.00 then a couple days later dropped to 30k.So its just odd that was the price i thought i was getting when your sales person originally talked to me.No you people did a bait and switch type tactic and got all you could on your 2018.and now your trying too blame it onto a finance company what a joke. I can tell you that maybe GM and its employees might need to start asking themselves why did we need a government bailout from the AMERICAN people?Why are we laying off thousands of employee's ,and closing plants?Why does Ford outsell GM?Could it be a growing number of people have lost trust in GM? Could it be poor management coupled with poor customer relations,because i can tell you i am still waiting on a case supervisor to call me back for what has been over 2 weeks now when it was supposed to be 3 business days about my lovely experience with Mossy of picayune The one thing i do know for sure is this loyal to GM only person will never buy a GM ever again. As soon as i get a few years of paying on this truck.I will most definitely without any doubt at the same time,trade my perfect condition 04 Corvette with 40k miles on it,that by the way is also paid for.and I will be buying a Ford Mustang and a Ford F150 So have a nice day

Yea I forgot to put in that somehow i managed to still have to finance 34k that is a far cry from 28 and some change so thank you so much maybe the American people will not be so willing to give GM another bailout of course i am sure GM is greasing some politicians palms

oh yea,and to the respond to the paperwork is for the truck i signed for i have no doubt about that. See this is where the crooked dealer comes in to play.When i called to say i will take the truck your management staff was all of a sudden in some kind of meeting.For so called make sure i get all my factory rebates so to say. Little did i know in all reality you were putting a game plan together as to which truck to give me.That is the reason the truck was not sitting ready for me to look at..It is a 2 hour drive from the time i called to the dealership.There is no reason at all the truck should have not been ready.Yet when i get there its like where is my truck.I never even sat in that truck until everything was signed and the lady was ready for me to enroll for my onstar which by the way was out of service. I can promise if i had known there were 3 of the exact same trucks on the lot this would have been a totally different outcome. Seeing how it had been raining for a week and on that day it was definitely to your advantage. I know and the rest of the world would know it is not in your best interest to give me a truck with less miles and damage knowing you have 1 of the 3 sold already.and if I would have caught it beforehand there would have been a lot of we are sorry we pulled up the wrong truck.another reason the truck was not ready. Mossy can try to sugarcoat it all you want,but what i have to say to people that see read all the positive feedback you never judge by positive only you need to look at the negative also.to the future consumers i don't care if you are buying a car or a freekin mattress dealers are going to be nice.They are trying to sell you something.In some cases it is as much as some peoples homes.Absolutely make sure you are getting what was promised!!! I would even record the entire interactions you have with everybody so you have evidence of what is said.
