What a scam! !! I purchase extended warrantee and brought my truck in because the hood latch was stating open which I know is the hood sensor. Also had check engi !! I purchase extended warrantee and brought my truck in because the hood latch was stating open which I know is the hood sensor. Also had check engine light on which should be a 5 min check plugin in computer to get code. I was told it would be 299 just to look at the truck which is BS to start. Now that call me and state hood latch that is $56 to buy on line and 15 min to install would be $100 to deductible. Then they say check engine is because fuel injection needs cleaning. That is total BS. Track has 40K miles on it and no way needs that. They also tell be it need brakes at $600 which I did not tell them to look at. So now my truck is being held as hostage that I have to pay $29 just to release the truck or pay 249 for a hood latch that in total would be 100 for parts and labor. So for 15 min work to plug in compute is $300 do not use this dealer for anything. I had purchased 2 trucks from Chevy but this deal switch hand and will never go back again. Stay away bunch of crooks!!!! . More
