Mechanical services were perfectly fine. I had a door weatherstripping replaced at an hours labor cost and by the look of the install you can tell it was rushed. I had to clean it up. I received a 2021 Camaro at dealership. Was friendly at first until I signed the contact. They were cold hearted to my son & I & received a different quote all together. Looking for a place to service my Silverado when Rossi turned into a”parts replacer” instead of auto mechanics. I didn’t find Motion trustworthy with my truck, as after a simple oil change I drove home t turned into a”parts replacer” instead of auto mechanics. I didn’t find Motion trustworthy with my truck, as after a simple oil change I drove home to find several quarts of oil spilled in my trucks engine compartment, and oil burning on the headers. I had to drive 25 minutes back to the dealership to have the same employee power wash my engine and check to see if he actually got any oil in the engine this time. Not a good first experience, and I won’t be back. The search continues. More
