The service department really too their time to explain things to me about my car. I didn't feel rushed nor not hear. I really appreciate it. things to me about my car. I didn't feel rushed nor not hear. I really appreciate it. More
Several months ago, I brought my vehicle in for service due to multiple warning lights being illuminated. During that visit, I was advised that my air filter box needed to be replaced due to broken clamps, due to multiple warning lights being illuminated. During that visit, I was advised that my air filter box needed to be replaced due to broken clamps, that my brakes required replacement, and that my exhaust manifold and O2 sensor needed to be replaced in order for the warning lights to turn off. I proceeded with the recommended brake work and the replacement of the air filter box, which had been damaged by a prior oil change facility. I later sought an additional professional opinion regarding the exhaust manifold and O2 sensor and was advised by another automotive shop that these repairs were not necessary. However, based on your service department’s explicit representation that the exhaust manifold and O2 sensor replacement was required to resolve the warning lights, I authorized the repair. I paid approximately $2,700 for the manifold and O2 sensor replacement alone. Despite completing the recommended repairs, the same warning lights remain illuminated. When I contacted your service department to report that the warning lights had not been resolved, I was advised that there is now a different issue with the vehicle and was charged an additional diagnostic fee. This is concerning, as the warning lights prompting the initial diagnosis remain unchanged. The same lights remained and the gentlemen clearly did not write all of them down the first time only what I had on my appointment request since I didn’t notate every light. What’s silly is I love my Mitsubishi had I had transparent pricing and understanding I would walked over and purchased a new vehicle since I would have had to spend the money towards all the maintenance… now I’ll be going to another Mitsubishi dealer instead who is transparent. This is not a reflection on Megan herself. More
They were extremely fast and friendly They were extremely fast and friendly. I did enjoy seeing the new remodel coming along, though, as a single parent shuffling a one year old with me, the choice of seats fast and friendly.
