Overall my experience was still below average - communication has a lot to be desired, I am sure the sales staff has to deal with all kinds of tire kickers, but even after the purchase there was a lot of room for improvement. If you find the perfect car for you just make sure you fully understand what you are getting into and get a pre purchase inspection as they do not check or service their cars at all. At least the car I purchased had many maintenance items that I had to resolve. I am going to change my ratings because once I found the right person they helped me very quickly. I am also removing my previous comments because they might have been unfair and written in anger. More
