Gave four stars for great service altogether. Short of five stars due to two hour wait (with a Service appointment) and could not get an estimate for a minor body damage since paint/body shop doe Short of five stars due to two hour wait (with a Service appointment) and could not get an estimate for a minor body damage since paint/body shop doesn't offer this service on Fridays. While the paint/body estimate involved a different department, Service did not share this information when my appointment was made. I spent two hours and $300 for service maintenance work and Paint & Body could not make an exception in my case, for a quick estimate?! This is not a concern with the Service maintenance advisor but with the lack of sufficient communication and desire for exceptional service by the paint/body shop. More
