I have had the worst experience with Motor City GMC. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my 2018 Buick Encore in to have the turbo replaced with a 10am appointment on 11/03/2021. It took them 9 days to l could give 0 stars I would. I took my 2018 Buick Encore in to have the turbo replaced with a 10am appointment on 11/03/2021. It took them 9 days to look at my car and diagnose the issue. Today is day 13 and the turbo was replaced with a defective turbo. So they “hope” to have another one in stock. Furthermore they left my car unlocked over the weekend and it was broken into. GMC provides no assistance with loaner vehicles or rental assistance. They have shown they care nothing about their customers. I cannot wait to trade the vehicle in ASAP. We will never purchase a GMC/Buick again. More
