I am not happy with my past service. My truck went in for a service and some warranty work. I was told it would take a few days. You had my truck three weeks. The parts ordered were wrong the driver’s side door latch was damaged by the repair technician. This information was not relayed to me. After three weeks I picked up my truck , but it was still not finished. Three weeks went bye and I was contacted by my service representative asking for me to bring my truck back to the dealer. He claimed he had personal issues and was sorry for not contacting me. They completed the work but there was an issue with driver side door being scratched during door latch being replaced. This still has not been resolved and I have been waiting for two weeks for answers. I have lost confidence in your service department. Ignoring customers problems is not a good look. More
