Nick Vallejo was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, responsive and definitely not the stereotypical used car sales person that most people get so squeamish about. He was very straight forward, a great listener, and worked with me to get the best price possible for my trade in. The dealer provided the most detail on the vehicle I was interested in, the best photos, and the vehicle looked like new after they got done detailing it. All in all the experience was totally worth me traveling 7 hours in the car to get there and back as they left nothing to be desired. I will definitely be referring them in the future. Thanks, Nick! Motor city GMC covered cost of rental car after not recognizing that I had made appointment for service 11-21-19. Reasons for service partially fixed. Problem with blue tooth not fixed. May be cell phone and not truck computer system.Somewhat satisfied with service 11-22-19, but not 11-21-19. My 2014 Sierra has 72000 mile extended warranty with $200 deductible. Hardly worth extra cost. Hope nothing else goes wrong with truck and no more recalls. More
